“Over, under, around, or through. There is always a way.”
Sometimes in life there can be situations which make us believe that there is no hope for us, there is nothing we can do anymore. There might be hope for others, but our situation is far gone. Such a moment of crisis can be especially hard when we face something like that for the first time.
Things often aren’t that severe at first sight, however we might be struggling with issues on the long term. This consistent persistence of the problem(s) may make us believe that we have no control over the situation which can lead to a feeling of hopelessness and depression.
Either way these are times when we need external support. We need someone to help us see what we can not from our own perspective. Based on my personality, studies and experience I believe I can help the most with the topics below.
